BSD Investments is a real estate investment company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was founded in 2001 with the main purpose of identifying and investing in real estate opportunities in the region.
It was conceived with the vision of providing a disciplined investment process, team leaders actively involved and a methodical and planned exit strategy. BSD Investments oversees the whole operation of each individual investment through the acquisition, development and disposition process.
Pablo Ludmer is a professional with more than 20 years in the real estate industry. As Director of BSD Investments, he has structured and managed a wide variety of deals and real estate developments in Argentina, United States and Uruguay. Pablo has actively participated in the development and construction of over 150,000 square meters in Buenos Aires. He has also participated in the acquisition and management of more than 2,000 residential and commercial units in the United States. He oversees every aspects of the real estate development for each deal he engages with, such as; strategic planning, location selection, legal and financial structure, short and long term financing, leasing and asset disposition. He is also a Managing Partners at Escribania Ludmer. Mr. Ludmer holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and graduate degrees in Capital Markets from Universidad CEMA, Negotiations from Harvard University and General Management from Universidad Austral. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. Pablo Ludmer is founder and President of Ahava Foundation, an organization that daily feeds over 100 individuals in need.
Mr. Hodara is a seasoned professional with vast experience in the region. As Executive Director for BSD Investments he is responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing investments opportunities. Prior to joining BSD Investments in August of 2010, Mr. Hodara served as a professional in different organizations including PricewaterhouseCoopers (Buenos Aires, Argentina) where he participated in several consulting projects in Financial Services, Consumer goods and Postal Services; Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA); MTS Investments (Delray Beach, FL) y Latin3 (Miami, FL). He holds a Business degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and obtained an MBA (Cum Laude) from Babson College. He is a native Spanish and speaks English fluently.
